WISH Foundation supports driven, motivated youth activists who are passionate about creating an equitable healthcare system in the developing world. In their voluntary role, YHA are able to develop new skills, e.g. leadership development, public speaking, networking, presentation and organizing skills while they promote WISH's objectives amongst their peers and donors. Upon completion of their service, WISH provides to YHAs Community Service certificates, references and letters of recommendations.
Each YHA sets a fundraising goal in collaboration with WISH staff. YHAs can pick a timeline of their choice to meet their fundraising goal.
If they so desire, they can add further value to the WISH mission by serving in India during their summer break.
